We were introduced to Gabby and Jeff this summer by Marc & Sonia, who is one of our couples we met at another wedding (inception vibe). The bond between us was so strong that we made them a surprise. To understand how great this surprise was, you need to know that they are originally living in Toronto. YES, you’ve guest it right, instead of asking them to come to Montreal to have their engagement session, like planned, we decided to meet them in their own city. This means driving 7 hours straight on a Friday night to be there for Saturday Sunrise. We also decided to spend the whole day with them.

This day was one of our most unexpected and beautiful days at the same time. Let us explain why we’re using the word “UNEXPECTED” here. Late in the afternoon, we decided to shoot at Dundas Square, around 16:00 PM. It’s usually the peak time and we wanted to use the motion that people will do to create a unique visual. Result? We ended up in an “anti-mask” protest. Pure craziness. We decided to literally just run from there to finish at the calm and quiet Toronto Pier.

After all these events, they were not just an incredible couple with who we had a really unique and fun day. They also became the best Toronto Guide we ever had.
